THE WORLD’S FIRST PROJECT WITH AAD METHOD COMPLETED IN MUNICH
The Brantstrasse in Munich is the world’s first project which is based on the concept of Animal-Aided Design. It combines the needs and requirements of humans and animals in urban planning and promotes their coexistence in the city.

In München wurde in der Brantstraße das weltweit erste Wohnungsbauprojekt fertiggestellt, welches das Konzept von Animal-Aided Design umsetzt. Es wurden die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen von Tieren und Pflanzen in die Stadt- und Bauplanung integriert – zum Vorteil von Mensch und Tier.
In der folgenden Broschüre können die Hintergründe zum Projekt sowie die durchgeführten Maßnahmen für die Zielarten nachgelesen werden.
Die Ergebnisse des Projekts wurden in einer Abschlusskonferenz in München öffentlich vorgestellt.
The project was financed by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection and was presented during a final conference in Munich.
